Dr. Mostafa Maita
Board-certified anesthesiologist and interventional pain medicine specialist
Hello, everyone! I'm Dr. Mostafa Maita, a board-certified anesthesiologist and interventional pain medicine specialist, with a specialty in spine and joint. I graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in microbiology and pursued my medical education at Midwestern University. Following that, I completed my anesthesiology residency at the University of Texas in San Antonio, where I served as the chief resident and received recognition for my research, acute and chronic pain management, and compassionate patient care with the Gold Humanism award. I further honed my expertise through a fellowship in interventional pain at Mayo Clinic's Scottsdale campus, where I was acknowledged with the Above and Beyond Award for patient care.
My devotion is to restore and return healing to the body through the use of cutting-edge regenerative medicine. Through my training I have learned that each organ system works in synergy, and optimizing these systems together can return the body to a state of healing. On my free time, I enjoy hiking, playing basketball, bodyweight training, and spending time with my family and friends.
I'm delighted to be here and eager to connect with like-minded individuals. If you have any questions or if there's anything I can assist you with, please don't hesitate to reach out. Let's work together towards the common goal of enhancing well-being and restoring health. Thank you!
